The accommodation consists of a top floor beamed penthouse on the second floor with wood paneled walls. It's part of a recently restored three- storey building, located at the bottom of a hill. On the top of the hill you can find the Santa Maria Church on But Creek. The residence consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and two double bedrooms. The front door is independent.

The accomodotion is situated near the bike paths leading to Arta Terme and Villa Santina, as well as nature trails "The Way of the Parishes" and "The Carnic Alpin Huts Path”. At a distance of 15 km you can find the ski resort of the “Mount Zoncolan”, the hardest climb of the Tour of Italy.
