The traveller who comes to the Hotel Diffuso Tolmezzo can enjoy, in the restaurants and inns, our traditional dishes, such as "Toc in Braide", a soft polenta embellished with a creamy cheese, or the "Toc di Vore" where the polenta is joined with a few pieces of sausages; "Brovade cul muset", a balanced mix between the Friulian acid turnips and the local sausage "cotechino"; Frico, crumbly or soft with potatoes; , and finally the Cjarsons, in their 42 recipes that belong to two major categories: sweet or savory.
