• Check-in: the rooms are available from 15:00 am except in case of other agreed with the owner, otherwise the reservation will expire and an overnight stay will be counted.. 
  We recommend you to communicate in advance the time of arrival to the hotel facilities, particularly if it is outside the normal reception hours (15:00 am to 18:00 pm), after the scheduled time a surcharge of € 10 will be applied..
• Check-out: accommodation must be freed by 10:00 am, except in case of other agreed with the owner.
• The keys will be consign at the arrival in our reception in Piazza XX Settembre, 7 Tolmezzo at check-in time. Keys must be delivered at the reception, except in case of other agreed.
• We remind you that for public safety, all occupants of housing, including children, must provide a valid document to certify their identity on base of Article 35 paragraph 2 of Presidential Decree No. 445 of 28 December 2000, which lists all documents equivalent to the identity card: Passport, driving license, boat license, pension card, operation of heating plants license, firearms license,  any identity card as long as they come with a photograph and a stamp released by the State Administration.  Otherwise we will be forced to decline the hospitality (Art.109 PS Act as modified in the article 7 paragraph 2 of the L.203 / 95).

Every incoming guest will also receive a form to be complete and sign, with a statement of personals details (PS Act as modified: number 4 of article 7 of the L.203 / 95), as well as a declaration for Privacy Policy Treatment.

• Minimal age for renting the accommodations is 18 years old.
• Minors without the company of a parent or a responsible adult must present photocopy of their parents ID with a free sign up authorization from them.
• Animals are welcome at the reception and in some of the accommodations. For hygienic reasons and possible allergies of other guests, pets are allowed only in the accommodations that have specifically provided for.
• Welcome point at arrival time is at the reception in Piazza XX Settembre, 7 Tolmezzo, unless otherwise agreed.
• For geographic references and directions on how to reach the accommodation visit our website www.albergodiffusotolmezzo.it. If requested this directions will be provide directly to the costumer after a booking confirmation.
• In case of problems with public transportation, mistakes, or any other personal reasons, the  guest is unable to occupy the accommodation for the period booked, normally is not  contemplated a partial refund for early departures or late arrivals.
• Each single accommodation can be occupied only by the number of persons indicated for that specific housing unit; it is not possible to add beds on guest’s request.
• Due to Public Security reasons, is not allowed the access of other people in the accommodations at any time of the day.
• In the accommodations SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED. Is also forbidden drugs use, talking loud, shouting, bumping doors and windows,  connect any electrical devise to the electrical system carried from outside the building (except for electrical shaver in the bathroom socket), or allowing children to wander around in the surrounding area of the property.
• We recommend you to respect the resting hours, from 11:00 pm to 08:00 am, and from 02:00 pm to 04:00 pm.
• Whenever you leave the building, please remember to lock the door and check that the windows are closed to in order to prevent any misappropriation of goods.
• The customer is required to respect the structure and the things contained in them, any voluntary damage to the facilities, also attributed to incompetence or distraction, will be charged at the final bill.
• All guests are required to respect the Internal Regulation of the Albergo Diffuso Tolmezzo, exposed in the illustrative brochure at the accommodations.
